These Terms govern your use of the Cars Bucket mobile app and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
1. Who can use the Service
The Service is for car showrooms, dealers and their staff. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. We review every new account and may approve, refuse or suspend accounts at our discretion, for example where business details cannot be verified.
2. Your account
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account and on the accounts of employees you add.
- Tell us straight away at support@carsbucket.com if you think your account has been misused.
3. Listings and content
- You are responsible for your listings, photos, prices and messages. They must be accurate, lawful and about vehicles you are entitled to sell.
- You keep ownership of your content. You give Cars Bucket permission to store, display and share it with other users as needed to run the Service.
- We may remove content or listings that break these Terms or the law.
4. Deals between dealers
Cars Bucket is a platform that connects dealers. We are not a party to any sale, and we do not own, inspect or guarantee any vehicle. Price, payment, transfer of ownership, vehicle condition and documentation are agreed directly between the dealers involved, who are responsible for them.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- post false, misleading or stolen-vehicle listings;
- use other users' contact details for spam or for anything other than genuine business with them;
- access other showrooms' data without permission, or try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the Service;
- use the Service for anything unlawful.
6. Customer information
If you record details of your own customers as leads, you are responsible for collecting and using them lawfully.
7. Suspension and deletion
We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms. You can delete your account at any time from the app or at https://carsbucket.com/delete-account, as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and accurate but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not responsible for listings or deals made by users. To the extent the law allows, Cars Bucket is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from transactions between users.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
