Delete your account
Remove your Cars Bucket account and the data linked to it.
Three ways to delete
- In the app: open your profile or settings, tap Delete account and confirm with your password.
- On this page: sign in with the form and confirm.
- By email: write to support@carsbucket.com from your registered address. We complete email requests within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your name, email, phone number and password
- Your visiting card photo
- Referral details, notifications and sign-in sessions
- IP address and device details in your activity history
- Showrooms you own, with their vehicle listings and customer leads
What is kept
Deal requests and stock-out records involving another showroom stay in that showroom's history, with your personal details removed. We may keep limited records where the law requires it. See the Privacy Policy for details.
